Bread Loaf Mountain & Community-Engaged Practice
Joshin Byrnes is a Zen priest and teacher in the White Plum lineage and the guiding teacher of Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community. Alongside daily meditation, retreats, and training programs—including a Community Zen Fellowship and residency program—Bread Loaf Mountain integrates direct service and social action as skillful means. Through these practices, Bread Loaf Mountain aims to heal isolation, strengthen connection, and cultivate belonging in daily life.
Join this talk with Joshin as we explore Community-Engaged Practice during trying times.
